We supply all articles with weight-dependent forwarding expenses. The total weight for the computation of weight-dependent forwarding expenses is calculated by the weight of the article and the weight of the packing material.
If several articles in an order procedure are ordered, then only 1x forwarding expenses are computed after weight-dependent forwarding expenses (total weight of all articles inclusive packing material).
If the ordered commodity is supplied by partial deliveries to you, here no additional forwarding expenses develop for you. Forwarding expenses are computed only for this 1x.
Each distribution takes place as insured package. The insurance is contained and by DHL to you is delivered in the mail-order price of the respective article. Our experience shows that your order is worked on most carefully with DHL and under normal conditions within 1-2 days with you is.
If the customer refuses the acceptance of a cash on delivery supply or the cash-on-delivery parcel with the responsible office for parcel post is not fetched, is trade & IT-service entitled to place to the customers a cost lump sum at a value of 25,00 € in calculation. These arrange themselves from forwarding expenses, cash on delivery costs and treatment. A renewed feed can take place then only against Vorauskasse, whereby forwarding expenses are again computed.

• 24-96 hours of rule running time within the European union.

A dispatch abroad is dispatched only after Vorkasse/bank credit transfer. A cash on delivery dispatch abroad is not possible.

Goods received

We hand the transmission over in a perfect condition to the parcel service. The commodity is examined by us for soundness. The examination contains an exact visual inspection. Please examine with entrance in the presence of the postman the Umverpackung for damages. If the packing damages up-knows, you should note these on the transmittal sheet/dispatch computers, which you must countersign. Only so covered damages can be made valid with the parcel service. The commodity is valid starting from feed with liberating effect as intact set if you and/or signed the receipt person for the soundness.
With absence the package of a person in the neighbourhood with liberating effect is set. The package is valid starting from point of delivery time as the receiver duly set. The adhesion turns into on the person signing on the delivery proof.
